At Bowling World, we want you to be completely satisfied with your gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all unused and un-drilled equipment. If your new ball, shoes, or accessories don't meet your expectations, we are here to help with a smooth exchange or refund process.
Verify Condition
Ensure your item is in its original packaging and has not been used; please note that bowling balls that have been custom drilled are not eligible for return.
Request Authorization
Contact our support team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your items in their original box, include a copy of your receipt, and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our pro-shop team inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange item within 3 to 5 business days.
