Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. Because bowling balls are heavy, we use specialized carriers to ensure your equipment arrives safely and without damage.
What is your return policy for customized equipment?
We accept returns on unused, non-customized items within 30 days. Please note that bowling balls that have been custom-drilled are not eligible for return unless there is a manufacturer defect.
How do I know which bowling ball weight is right for me?
A general rule of thumb is to choose a ball that is 10% of your body weight, up to 16 lbs. If you are between weights, we recommend consulting our online sizing guide or a local pro shop.
